Join in with your friends with these baby friendly classes, these classes are for those both with or without little ones.

Suitable for babies or young toddlers, there are mats to place babies on and a playpen for the mobile babes, toddlers will NOT be able to move around the room freely due to the equipment being used.

Oncology massage is a form of non-invasive, compassionate touch, light pressure, slow and steady movements to help the body relax. Holistic based therapy with specialised training to help cancer patients manage their physical symptoms and emotional challenges of treatment and recovery.

Massage therapy can be arranged around medical treatments, home visits can be arranged.

Oncology can be purchased as a 90, 45, 60 & 45 minute treatment tailored to meet your needs.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a deep tissue massage, which focuses on pain, injury & dysfunction. Increasing tissue elasticity, reducing muscle tension, pain and aids recovery. It can improve flexibility, range of movement / motion and increase energy levels.

There are contraindications of sports massage, please get in touch if you feel you have a medical condition that requires discussion before treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) can reduce swelling and fluid retention, promote relaxation, and support immune function by gently stimulating the lymphatic system.
